Tilton, New Hampishire or Bridge Village is located on the Winnipesaukee river. The most Notable feature of this town of 3,500 is the Sanbornton Bridge,  located downtown on main street. Many other features were donated by Nathaniel Tilton, some of the items he donated was the first hotel and iron foundry but his grandson donated even more items and more expensive ones. The grandson’s name was Charles Tilton, who donated his own home for the Tilton school, plus the most famous object he donated was the memorial arch of Tilton. The memorial arch of Tilton was to represent the lives of Charles ancestors and it was constructed 50 feet high and 40 feet wide inn the late 1800s. “I grew up in New Hampshire. My closest neighbor was a mile away. The deer and the raccoons were my friends. So I would spend time walking through the woods, looking for the most beautiful tropical thing that can survive the winter in the woods in New Hampshire.”
